There you have it. If you want to avoid criticism you literally do nothing.
But is that what you really want? To do, say, and be nothing? I don’t think so.
That’s why it’s so important to take steps to tackle what you’ve been avoiding.
Is it easy?
Not especially.
Is it worth it?
Absolutely!
So true. And so many people out there just waiting to pounce upon us with their criticism. Whatever.

Yes, sometimes it’s hard when people are spouting out unasked for criticism but it’s also important to try to break it down and see if there is any valuable feedback in that criticism.
