With drive and a bit of talent, you can move mountains. I know. I’ve done it.

When I was a Senior Manager, I had a Director who disliked the word focus. He didn’t want anyone to tell him they were focused on the goals. To him, ‘focus’ was a passive word; it just meant we were aware of the goals and looking at the results.
But that’s not what he wanted. He wanted us out there, driving the results with our teams. He wanted us to be active, not passive.
And that’s what this quote from Dwayne Johnson is about. If you’re going to move mountains, you need to be active. You need to power through to the result you desire. Because with drive and a bit of talent, you can go far!
