Today is I is for I am enough in the A to Z Challenge. ‘I’ is both a letter and a pronoun. It is the pronoun I use for myself, and you also use it for yourself.

Being able to say, I’m enough, carries a lot of meaning because so many people have a hard time believing it. We’re so caught up in saying I’m not young enough or thin enough, or smart enough, or rich enough, that we have a hard time believing I am enough.
It’s about self-worth and self-acceptance. Do we love ourselves? Do we feel that we are worthy of respect and love from others?
Being able to say I’m enough means you’re self-confident, that you’re comfortable in your own skin, and that you’re confident in your abilities.
Say it, say, “I’m enough.” If it feels awkward then say it again and again until it feels right and true.
