After many years of hitting the new year hard with goals and action plans to start off the year, I’ve learned it’s better to ease into it. This is something that I started after 2020, the year that never was. I realized that a lot of things can derail your action plans but that it’s still important to move forward. But I truly learned that it’s important to look back at what was and then to ease yourself into the new year.
