May 21st is Talk Like Yoda Day it’s because that’s the date the Empire Strikes Back was released in 1980.  And we were all introduced to Yoda the beloved Jedi Master who takes on the task of training Luke.  Through other movies in the series, we learn more about Yoda, but never about what planet he comes from.  He’s actually listed as “species unknown” in the Star Wars Character Database.  Talk like Yoda Day how can you celebrate?  If you didn’t already guess, that sentence is in Yoda speak.  It was originally “how can you celebrate talk like Yoda day,” before I ran it through an English to Yoda speak translator.
