In keeping with the Valentine and jazz theme I have going this week, I give you Louis Armstrong and Dream a Little Dream. This song was recorded by numerous artists starting with Ozzie Nelson and his Orchestra. Apparently, its most famous rendition was by the Mamas and the Papas with a solo by Cass Elliot. But that version doesn’t make it into my top two favorites: The first one below is Louis Armstrong and a duet that he did with Ella Fitzgerald. The second is Ozzie Nelson. From me to you, another Valentine song.
